What I transfer as standard: documents (Desktop, Documents, Photos, Videos), software (reinstallation with licences), settings (bookmarks, Outlook/Thunderbird emails, Wi-Fi and application passwords), environment (shortcuts, folder organisation). Nothing gets lost.

Yes: migrating documents and photos to the Mac, Pages/Numbers/Keynote or Office for Mac, Mail.app, iCloud instead of OneDrive. Training included.
Can my old software be transferred?expand_more
Often yes if you have the keys (Office, older Adobe). For subscriptions (Microsoft 365, Adobe CC), I simply reconnect you with your credentials.

What do I do with the old PC?expand_more
Keep it as a backup for a few months, give it away after wiping it, or recycle it (I can take care of that free of charge). I can also buy it from you if it has any value.
