Yes for diagnoses. I'd prefer a quick call beforehand (06 16 36 12 30) to arrange the slot, but the workshop is open Monday to Friday 9am-7pm and Saturday 10am-5pm.

How long to recover my family photos?expand_more

For an accidental deletion or a quick format: usually 24 to 48 h. For a damaged SD card or a drive that no longer spins: 2 to 5 days depending on complexity. I give you a precise estimate at the time of the diagnosis.

My Synology NAS has a dead drive in the RAID, is it recoverable?expand_more

Yes in the vast majority of cases (RAID 1 and 5). We rebuild the RAID with a new replacement drive. Important: don't touch anything until I've seen the NAS — a wrong move during the rebuild can lose everything.

Do you supply the external drive for the return?expand_more

Yes, I charge you for it at cost price if you don't have one. Otherwise, you bring me your own external drive (USB 3.0 minimum, sufficient capacity).
